ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
- $50 deposit required for all holidays, refundable if customer cancels at least 2 weeks prior to boarding.
- Boarding rates are figured by each calendar date, not any twenty-four (24) hour period.
- Monday thru Saturday pick-ups before 11 a.m. will not be charged for that day. Pick-ups after 11:00am will be charged for a full day. Pick-ups on Sunday will be charged for a full day. Holiday pick ups will be charged for a full day in addition to a $15 service fee.
- Rates per day include, both, food & play time. However, we do recommend that dogs on special diets, including senior dogs and puppies, bring their own food.
- In the event that your dog requires the administration of medications, vitamins or a special feeding, there is an extra $1.00 charge per day per dog in addition to regular boarding fees.
- Late pick-ups and Drop-offs are available by appointment only between 8:30pm and 9:00pm for an additional service fee of $15.
- Holiday stays will be charged a minimum of three (3) days
